Where are you located?
We are located in NYC. 7Kouture is a home based business, with pickup options.
Can I pickup my order?
Absolutely yes. We have a tab with products that are available for immediate pickup. Pickup days are Monday - Friday
Can I get a refund?
In the event your order cant be fulfilled, we will refund your original payment method. Orders are non refundable unless there are special circumstances (product defects, damaged in transit). We carefully inspect all items to ensure quality control.
We are currently in a pandemic.
We can no longer accept any items to exchange due to COVID-19 health concerns. There are no exceptions to this. Please connect with us in the chat for sizing information or email us.
Can I cancel my order?
Absolutely yes. If your order is still in processing and hasn’t shipped, you can cancel your purchase. Once your order ships we cannot cancel the order.
When will my order ship?
Our item descriptions are updated to state processing times. Processing time basically means your payment clearing on our end and preparing your order. Processing times can vary due to different payment methods. Orders paid with Quadpay or Sezzle take longer to clear.
Example: An Item has processing time of 2-3 business days. After the 2-3 business days from ordering, your item will ship.
If you have items that have different processing times we may ship items separately to get your order to you faster.
What shipping carrier do you use?
We use USPS because its cost effective. Please note that we are still in a pandemic. Delay’s are possible with any shipping courier, which is out of our control.
